The elegant room was quiet and the bathroom was clean. There were facilities such as a safe box and coffee. The setting of hotel was great, next to the river. Plus, it was just off very nice cafe / restaurant in-house, stadiums and the Saone embankment😃

The value for money at this hotel was great! The room was clean and spacious, with a big comfortable bed and a lovely bathtub. The view from our room overlooking the river was absolutely amazing. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The staff, especially Romane at the reception, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs, including finding a 24/7 pharmacy and ordering room service dinner.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be a wider variety of items to choose from.

Very nice courtyard. Short walk to train station. Room size Was good. Nice desk & 2 chairs.
Carpet was old, wrinkled & dirty. TV was located in Such a position that you had to stand to watch.

Good location close to a multitude of restaurants. Convenient enough to walk into city centre for shopping. Room with view of river was pleasant, and room size good.
Room and passageways looking tired and in need of repainting. Window frames need repainting and in general facility needs a freshening up. Tea/coffe making facility was good, but suppling paper cups to guests is not good. At price paid per room one would expect proper crockery to drink from.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, right near the old city and the river, with easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The view overlooking the river was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Nicolas, who was always smiling and happy to assist. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The hotel also offered services like room service and laundry, ensuring that my stay was both convenient and comfortable.
I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
